setting that is mindful of the parties’ goals while assisting them in reaching a
mutually agreeable settlement to their disputes. Our domestic relations
attorneys are also experienced in “Collaborative Law,” which promotes a
non-adversarial approach to the dissolution of the marriage and the preservation
of the parent-child relationship. Our attorneys recognize that the best result
is not always achieved through bringing a client’s matter to trial and that many
clients greatly benefit, both emotionally and often financially, from resolving
their disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.
