LAW PRACTICE

Mary focuses her practice on Family Law and Real Estate matters and is actively licensed in California as well as Washington. As a Family Law attorney, Mary’s experience ranges from the traditional litigated case to the non-adversarial practice of collaborative law. She has handled all aspects of Family Law matters, from simple dissolutions and parentage matters to complex, high-asset estates and high-conflict custody disputes. Mary is also a trained mediator, working with parties directly or with their attorneys, to facilitate a resolution to their disputes in a manner that is cost-efficient yet mindful of the parties’ needs. Mary’s experience in Real Estate includes negotiating and drafting a broad range of transactions, such as real estate purchase contracts and property agreements, as well as successfully representing clients in real estate matters, such as construction defect claims, boundary disputes, and title disputes.
