LAW PRACTICE
Ken Davidson
possesses a broad range of experience representing clients in litigation as well
as business and real estate transactions. He has handled lawsuits involving construction liens and disputes, real estate purchase contracts, wrongful termination of employment, medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, partnership disputes, stockbroker misconduct and
real estate title disputes. He advises clients on business matters including
the formation of limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships and
the sale of business interests. He also counsels clients concerning real
estate investments including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial
real estate.
Ken brings a wealth of practical
knowledge arising out of his personal experience
in real estate development and construction. He has personal experience
with in multi-family residential, retail and office construction projects.
These projects include the 50,000 square foot Emerald Building which houses the firm's offices. He has also been involved in the ownership and management of a community bank, a commercial fishing vessel, a restaurant and a ski area.
