LAW PRACTICE

Over 30 years experience in Family Law involving legal separations, dissolution actions, and quasi-marital disputes, with special expertise in complex business valuations, intellectual property rights, stock options, characterization issues, and custody disputes. Representation includes trying to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution or through effective litigation advocacy. Received the highest rating by his peers (AV) and has served as both a mediator and arbitrator for disputing parties.
